Karley Fesseau, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, CLC
Founder and owner of Alaska Direct Primary Care, Karley is a lifelong Alaskan—born and raised—affording her years of enjoying outdoor adventures, encounters with local wildlife, and appreciating the stunning scenery. A veteran of the Alaska Air National Guard, her commitment to serving others, the state, and our country, is first and foremost in all that she does. Partnering together to create a better and more healthy community is part of her core mission with Alaska Direct Primary Care.
Karley has over 15 years of healthcare experience, having graduated in 2008 from Walla Walla University in Washington State with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree, and then later pursuing her Masters of Science in Nursing degree in 2015 through Simmons University in Boston to achieve her family nurse practitioner diploma. At this point she was able to fulfill her lifelong goal of becoming a primary care health provider who can examine patients, order appropriate tests and imaging, make diagnosis, and prescribe medications and treatment to a wide range of individuals from birth through the end of life.
Since completing her MSN degree in 2017, Karley has been practicing locally making house calls and working in the primary care setting. She enjoys teaching students, educating patients, and promoting family wellness through shared decision making with her clients.
